Add a review of a GGF Member company

GGF Member companies welcome feedback from consumers as to the quality of products and services they have provided.

To make it easy to add a review of a GGF Member company we’ve teamed up with My Local Services, an independent feedback review website.

My Local Services operate the Consumer Codes directory of businesses for the Chartered Trading Standards Institute’s Consumer Codes Approval Scheme (CCAS).

How to add a review

  1. Find the GGF Member company on using our Find A Member search.
  2. On the company’s MyGlazing profile page, click the Review This Company button.
  3. Add your review on the My Local Services website.

Review guidelines

  • You will be prompted to select a rating of between 1 and 5 stars and to enter your feedback in a text box.
  • Any reviewed business or service will have the opportunity to respond, so please make sure your comments are absolutely genuine.
  • Any slanderous or obscene remarks will be subject to moderation.

GGF Conciliation Scheme

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact the GGF Member company directly with your complaint.

In the unlikely event that the GGF Member company is not able to resolve your problem, the GGF has a free conciliation scheme designed to help resolve disputes.
